This iconic project, inspired by the legendary ship Nemesis, embodies sustainability and exclusivity in Marbella. The vision
Villa Nemesis was envisioned as a modern, luxurious villa in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings. Our client dreamt of a home that would offer unparalleled comfort and a unique lifestyle while being environmentally friendly.
The construction
Our team of architects collaborated closely with the client to design an exclusive villa combining visual appeal with high sustainability and efficiency. Every detail of the home was meticulously planned to ensure it met the highest standards of luxury and environmental efficiency.
Construction process
La construcción comenzó con la adecuación meticulosa del terreno, estableciendo bases sólidas mediante el empleo técnicas avanzadas para asegurar la estabilidad y durabilidad de la estructura. Esta fase inicial, respaldada por un exhaustivo estudio topográfico, garantizó el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos y ambientales. Posteriormente, construimos la estructura principal utilizando los mejores materiales y las últimas tecnologías de construcción, asegurando así un resultado excepcional en cada detalle de la villa.
Sustainability
To achieve the sustainability standards desired by the client, our team developed a project incorporating installations and construction techniques aimed at considerably improving the energy efficiency of this exclusive villa.
We implemented elegant and functional enclosures that provide the house with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring privacy for the property. All essential services were installed using the most advanced technologies available, ensuring maximum efficiency and comfort. The result: Villa Nemesis, a 100% self-sufficient home designed to operate independently without the need to be connected to the grid or external utilities such as electricity and water.
Distinctive elements
We provided the plot with a modern swimming pool that enjoys spectacular views of the surroundings, with efficient and ecological maintenance systems that minimise energy consumption. We designed and built spacious terraces that offer outdoor spaces ideal for entertaining and relaxation, taking advantage of the panoramic views of the area.
Since the Villa Nemesis site had a 30-metre deep water reservoir, we created a well, ensuring a fully independent and sustainable supply. Additionally, we added a roof-integrated solar panel system that provides clean energy and significantly minimises the property’s carbon footprint.
Luxury finishes
Every detail was meticulously considered in the design of the villa’s interior. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that provide natural light, optimising energy consumption. Only the finest materials, such as marble and hardwood, were used, and custom-made furniture was added to create the atmosphere of luxury and exclusivity that the client demanded and that defines our work.
Outdoor spaces
The villa boasts beautifully landscaped gardens, a stunning infinity pool, and expansive terraces that offer guests breathtaking views of the Marbella coastline. These outdoor spaces were designed to integrate seamlessly with the indoor living areas, creating a harmonious flow between the interior and exterior of the home, enhancing its spaciousness.
